Purchase Price includes a substantial service charge which reflects the difficulty in
obtaining premium seats for our clients.
Once an Order is confirmed, or tickets purchased, there are no refunds, exchanges or
cancellations.
If there is an error in the order the customer must notify us within twenty four hours
of receipt so that we may make any corrections.
ALL SHIPMENTS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE. If you select two-day shipping,
understand that it will take two BUSINESS days.
Online orders processed after 5pm EST weekdays or on weekends will not be processed
until the next business day.
If an event is cancelled, we will refund the face value of the ticket and apply the
remainder to an in house credit that will be good for one year. If there is a postponement
or rescheduling, you will be responsible for the new arrangements, as your ticket will be
valid for the new date and or time.
We do not replace lost, damaged or stolen tickets. Do not expose your tickets to
sunlight, heat, cold or liquids. The tickets cannot be replaced under any circumstances
and you will bear the full loss and liability incurred.
